One of the exciting things about this line of work is that every case is different!
And yet, be that as it may, not every case makes for great reading or a good case study: some stories are overly mudane; other times, the solution itself may depend on a serendipitous discovery which isn't instructive in a broader context, and finally there are instances when a case doesn't lend itself to anonymization — always a consideration where personal information is involved.
Hopefully these case studies will afford interested friends and fellow travellers the opportunity to watch and learn — to see firsthand how we at Discovering New Ancestors do just what we do.
Perhaps our techniques will assist you in your own research — and if, by any chance, you decide it's just all too much to undertake personally, our Intake Form is just a click away!
